Masked Background

Here again I used the masked background technique but instead of masking directly to the card base I masked on 

a layering piece of white card.  I first sponged and then stamped the writing on.  The flower I made at a friends house

last night.  She has this Sissix  die.  We stamped the paper, sponged the edges, spritz the flower and pinched the edges,

 putting a brad through the center to hold it in place.   I sponged and added a small doily to the back of the flower

and stuck on some lace - left the edges loose.
