Inspired by Stamping Seam Binding
I have also used a piece of lace from my stack & roses from my stack.
Not sure where I got the dp but it had the turquoise swirls on it and I stamped
French Country Backgrounds on in Memento Rich Cocoa.
Distressed the edges too.
