Hello!

This is my last post for The Outlawz Color Challenge as a Design Team Member.

I have decided that it's time for me to move on.  I have enjoyed my time with them

and worked with some wonderful ladies.

Here is my card for this week!

Use 3 of the 5 colors with a twist of adding fruit or flowers.

Color Challenge at The Outlawz 20 January 2015

Hello!

Our challenge this week is hosted by Ina and her choice for your project

is the Australian Flag!  A great choice as on the 26 January we are

celebrating Australia Day!

Here is my card.

Here is my recipe

The focal piece is from Stitchy Bear called 'Daisy'

The blue card I stamped and embossed a flower (which to me looks like fireworks)

from GinaK stamps set 'Hello Sunshine'

I cut a piece of red card stock and ran it through my crimper

My heart shaped flags I found in the $2 and are tooth picks - I have taken the toothpick off.

I used TomBow pens on the image.

The sketch is from 'Seize the Birthday'

Hello!

I am really quite excited to join in the Mod Squad Challenge for this last week!

I hope I am not too late with my entry!  The colors to use are

Here is my card

I created my background paper which is such fun to do!

Firstly I used water color paper and spritz it with Broken China and Chipped Sapphire

Distress re Inkers diluted in water.  When dry I used a stencil and texture paste.

I then used a script stamp from Kaiser Craft and the butterfly from GinaK 'Whimsical Spring'

stamp set using the second generation method.

I stamped the sentiment from 'Birthday Greetings' by GinaK stamps onto white card and

cut out using Spellbinders 'Opulent Ovals' die.

Added some ribbon, flowers & a pearl.

Color Challenge at The Outlawz December 30, 2014

Hello!

Our new color challenge for this week has been posted!

Our fun challenge is Tic Tac Toe

and here is my card.  The colors I chose are from top left to bottom right and as

I chose that diagonal I had to use flowers, punch/die & pearls.  I loved making this card

and used my favorite papers once more.

The papers are from Graphic 45 'Botanical Tea'.

The leaves were punched and for the roses I have used a Marianne Die.

The pearls are self adhesive ones.  The sentiment is from GKD.

IBSIC #89 Color - Just A Little Something

Hello!

I am finished with Christmas cards so it is time to move on and make

something else.

Today I decided that I would enter the color challenge at Inspired by Stamping

but unfortunately my photography is not crash hot and my colors look darker 

than they actually are!

You might ask "Where is the yellow"?  

Well it is there under the sentiment - a strip of yellow ribbon.

Color Challenge at The Outlawz December 16, 2014

Hello!

Judith chose the Inspirational Photo for our challenge this week. A beautiful Christmas

table setting and the twist is to add Tartan fabric.

For my card this week I decorated a tag.

I have used a stencil and embossing paste on white card stock and when dry

sponged with distress ink.  The branches and deer's head are cut files for

the Cameo from Miss Kate Cuttables. These I have rubbed with Inca Gold Paste,

Antique Gold & Silver.

The Poinsettia is from Spellbinders which I cut in red card stock and rubbed it with some 

silver paste.  Made a bow with some twine.

This week I decided to try something quite different.

as I have downloaded a free cut file from her site.

I thought it would be interesting to see how it would work using these colors.  I have left a cut layer.

Color Challenge at The Outlawz November 4th 2014

This month we have a whole lot of new types of Color Challenges which we

are very excited about!  And our first one for November is

Tic Tac Toe.

This means that for your card you may choose any row of colors ie Vertical, Horizontal or Diagonal

and if you land on a square that has buttons, ribbon or lace on it then that has to be added.
